Warranty Coverage

All TeeBoxx purchases are backed by a one-year limited warranty, effective from the original purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Covered:

Defective parts or components
Functional issues not caused by misuse

Not Covered:

Accidental or cosmetic damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Use with incompatible accessories or power sources

If an issue arises:

We may repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the nature of the defect. Just contact us with your receipt and a brief description of the issue at info@teeboxxgolf.com.

Not satisfied? You can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

To qualify for a return:

Product must be in original condition with packaging and accessories
Include proof of purchase
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake
