Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM PST are processed the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by carriers or customs regulations.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@teeboxxgolf.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
